"Great place to stay, couldn’t ask for more."

Dean really made me feel welcome and at home (Gina was away unfortunately), I stayed for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday, and from the moment I arrived nothing was too much trouble, even offering to collect a takeaway for me after a long ride up on my motorbike so I didn’t have to go out again. Breakfast was amazing and filled me up for the whole day, only for Dean to worry about what I was going to do for food when I returned! An amazing experience, warm and friendly host, clean and great food, and a great location for exploring the Scottish Borders, couldn’t ask for more. I’m planning another tour at some point which will start some 40 miles away, but will definitely take a detour so I can stay here again, one not to be missed!

"Dark Sky experience"

Beautiful property with very friendly and accommodating hosts. Perfect location for exploring the Scottish Borders. We used the B & B as a base for the Kielder Observatory. The full Scottish breakfast set us up perfectly for the day.

"Exceptional"

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're travelling with little ones, the room we slept in was very clean, spacious, and dark when we needed to get the girls to sleep. Breakfast was great. Thank you for making our stay so lovely, we had a fab time!
