The manager ,Le Max , is very friendly ,polite & extremely helpful & goes all the way to be of excellent help & recommendations for day tours & best food outlets . He is very attentive & can be contacted 24/7 The staff is also very curteous, polite , friendly & attentive but only lack of understanding English ..

Room not well clean ( coffee cups are not washed) , & bedsheets are not changed daily . Room telephone lines are not connected as there is no cable lines attached to the phone.If need assistance have to go personally to reception desk. Lighting too dim especially in the toilet. No pen or pencil & paper for writing in the room . Breakfast is good but would be better if can hv different daily varieties .. we stayed 4 nights & all 4 breakfasts are same throughout ....the staff offers excellent service & always smiling & helpful.. The pillows were to hard to sleep on .should have options for softer pillows..

Location - near the beach Staff very responsive - changed our room as wifi initially was not good. They started breakfast early as we had an early flight . Room was decently big with amenities like daily water, toothbrushes, fridge. Good restaurants across the road. Vinmart just next building.

Water in shower would sometimes be hot, sometimes cold. Despite a glass partition, bathroom would get wet, after a shower. Was little difficult communicating but managed with Google translate

Staff were amazing, while on our trip to Hue we forgot our passports at room. Our transport company and hotel immediately started communicating to find a solution for us. Absolute life savers.

Our group booked two 2 bedrooms apartment. the showers in our unit had a door on one bathroom and a shower curtain in the second bathroom. The location was ok.

The second two bedrooms 2 baths did not have any shower curtain or door to keep shower water from wetting the entire bathroom floor. we also did not like the fact that the cleaning staff only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were no hand soaps in the bathrooms. we had to ask for them to provide. There was an old mattress sitting in the hallway between our two rooms, making it feel dingy. Breakfast had limited choices compared to most hotels in Vietnam. There were no coffee mugs at breakfast and the coffee was usually cold. There was limited hot tea.
