Friendly staf, Nice Breakfast

First room was really dirty and smelled like ammonia. We were allowed to change room. Second room was still quite dirty and smelled like parfume.

The room is quite spacious. The location is good when traveling around. It is near the Mykhe beach. Some of their staffs like Ms Trang is very nice to the clients. They do housekeeping but they are not changing all the sheets.

First, the bathroom sink doesn't have a handle to open the water. Second, they are not changing the sheets, they just fix it and turn it the other way around. I know it because I saw the same stain or dirt. Also, they only give one shampoo and one body wash everyday for 4 PEOPLE. Imagine? Are we going to share the 1 little body wash? I asked the reception but they only give one again. What the heck? In the following days, they didn't even give another body wash. Do they expect their customers to buy their own body shower and shampoo. It is travelling not staying, so we travel light. Moreover, the morning shifts especially the person who always stays on the right when facing the reception is so rude. She doesn't smile and she seemed not to like to work there because she even questions my request. I can understand a little Vietnamese. She is really rude. She should not work in hospitality and management.

Location is perfect, right next to the beach which is lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Great stay thank you very much!

The breakfast was horrible, this hotel is designed for local clients not for internationals. They kept my passport the all stay and I thought I had lost it…..
