Exceptional! A uniquely exciting yellow hotel that is within walking distance of the ferry terminal. We were greeted with a nice scent in the hotel lobby. Room is so clean, spacious and offers sea view! I love the bed. The bed and linens are luxurious, smooth and comfy. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a great selection with good coffee. Can't wait to be back!

The location is very near to the Batam Harbor Bay Ferry Centre and about 10 minutes ride to the city. And the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is good too.

I like the fact that the hotel is near to so many shops like Indomart,Morning Bakery,restaurants and even a walking distance to the Ferry Terminal.

The only tiny thing that made me a bit sad was that I called Front desk /Housekeeping for the ironing set but to no availability. We waited for 2 hrs and called a few times in between too. So i hope u can look into that matter and upgrade . Other than that everything is fine.

Not our first time. Yello Hotel has always been our choice whenever we're in Batam. Walking distance from HarbourBay Terminal. Cleaniness top notch since Day 1. Hope Hotel will continue maintaining their cleaniness. The staffs there everyone, Awesome people! Always looking forward to the Breakfast spread. Love seeing them dancing every breakfast time! Staffs always gave excellent vibes & positive energy! They have daily shuttle service to Grand Batam Mall & Nagoyahill Mall. Pick up & Drop off service too To & Fro hotel. Looking forward to see you again Yello!
