Location is ideal, walking distance to Habour Bay Ferry Terminal which is perfect for travelers transit using that terminal. Walking distance to popular breakfast chain (Morning Bakery) where you can enjoy local Indonesian delights and bread/cakes. Plus just 2mins drive from hotel to Shopping mall (Nagoya Hill Mall) and nearby seafood restaurants.

Check-in process could be faster. We spent 15+ minutes waiting the staff to confirm our room and booking (she said your room not ready let us make for you now) like what??? but I made the advance booking a few months back via Booking.com App. Please arrange better for tired travelers that book using this App. we advance booking for a reason thanks.

The friendly staff.

Sound insulation was very poor. Any conversation at the corridor could easily be heard. Noise from the lounge, from the road were also noticeable.

The staff was always smiling and greeting us. The hotel is cozy and not busy. Facilities provided were good (foosball, air hockey table, etc.)

Breakfast need a lot more variety.
