Very nice location, good start point for hiking for W10 and W9 to Misfah, possibility to hire some guides locally, good welcoming. Overall good quality stay for price.

We had the half board rate (don't expect to find any restaurant up there). Good service, food is decent however very local, choice should be improved

Great location at the top of a mountain pass. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room. Good dinner and breakfast.

No shower curtain, so the entire bathroom gets wet. Difficult to heat up the room since the A/C wasn't working properly and would turn off every few minutes.

Good location for a one night stay. Walks nearby with lovely views. Restaurant was accommodating.

Emergency light in the room flickered at night making sleep difficult, otherwise room was basic but comfortable.

The staff here were awesome, so friendly and helpful.

The decor was a little dated, but not an issue for me.

Everything was fine, the receptionists were nice and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and equipped, the bed is comfortable and there is a safe parking facility.
