THE HOSTEL WAS CLOSED, I WAS CHARGED AND NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK, THOUGH I COULD NOT GET INTO THE HOSTEL

❌ Don't come here! It's a scam. They approved the reservation, took my money and upon arrival I was informed by some other person that the apartment is closed and doesn't take guests. Noone answered my call and I was left without a place to stay.

Hostel is close, and customer service is very rud.

Come on, booking.com. I get that mistakes happen. But you have accepted a booking for a hotel that is not operating. We have paid you 88Euros for our stay. And then there was the inconvenience of having to find alternative accommodation on the day of our arrival. You are ignoring my messages querying a refund. I’d just like my money back, please.

Terrible experience! Don’t fall for this scam! We booked this hostel for a ski weekend in Cēsis, but when we arrived, we were shocked to receive an email asking us to cancel the reservation. We followed their instructions, canceled, and immediately requested a refund, since we never even entered the accommodation. However, the owner refused to refund our money, and Booking didn’t process the cancellation because he didn’t approve it. The result? We were left without accommodation and lost our money! We were scammed and completely abandoned with no support or assistance. This was pure bad faith! If the place was even remotely trustworthy, they would have refunded our money without hesitation. Avoid this place at all costs! They only want to take advantage of guests and have zero commitment to proper service. A frustrating and infuriating experience!

We didn’t even get to stay at the hostel because of their unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Upon arrival, we received an email asking us to cancel the reservation. However, the owner refused to refund our money, leaving us completely stranded without a place to stay and without our money. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for guests. Avoid this place at all costs!

The apartaments were in centre of old city, on the first floor there is pizzeria, owners has apartaments on 3 floors, personal were nicely
