Staff were friendly & location was good.

On arrival it was total chaos with reckless & inconsiderate conference participants whom essentially ruined it for anyone else. The rooms which were listed as non smoking had a very strong smoke smell.

Birchwood has been around for years and they don’t have interest to change their rooms or renovate a little. In short Rooms are too old and outdated
