Virkelig et dejligt hotel tæt på motorvejen. Morgenmads buffet indeholdt det hele og så ligger der en rigtig god restaurant (The Grill) på Hotellet.

The bed was comfortable....,the only good thing was the elderly gentlemen who drives the shuttle bus.such a humble pleasant soul.the rest of the crew can learn a thing or two from him!

There was no milk in the room,I called reception 3times just to get a shuttle to the breakfast buffet,they could have just told me to walk as it was nt far,the buffet was nt worth it at all,no bacon, sausages...it should have stated not English breakfast as most ppl don't eat peri peri livers for breakfast,I was also told I could not make a hot drink at the entrance of the buffet lounge,I needed to use the machine on the other end where there was help yet when I was leaving there was another guest who was using the same machine n the staff allowed it.i called in 3 days earlier and explained to the receptionist that I will be arriving early n if I can check in at 1.30 to which she said it was fine but upon arrival another receptionist refused to allow it .After sometime and thought they checked me in.she also explained the map to the premises like speedy Gonzales as if anybody will remember all that in 1min....I will also leave a review on hello Peter! The room carpet was also damp between the wardrobe and fridge... unacceptable The staff at the steakhouse was friendly but for the love of food they could not get the order right...and it wasn't even busy.literally 3tables ..food was average ... For a 4-star hotel or deserved 2 star rating.I feel the staff could have been a little more friendly and accommodating,

Excellent service and good location

Very comfortable, nice setting, lots of places on site to have a drink and food. Close to all other major take away places and restaurants.

The BC House wine is horrible.

Wow an amazing experience. This hotel is a little gem offering tranquility and comfort. The room was beautiful, down side to the room was the TV stuck on dstv, very out dated. The ability for us guest to log into our Netflix account to stream would have been better. Absolutely loved the food. The breakfast was wow, it made my mother's day. And dinner was amazing with the most helpful staff. Overall it was a wonderful stay and the staff were exceptional 👌. he Thank you to the hotel for the maintenance of such outstanding standards and care The efforts are appreciated.

The spa was unfortunately a great disappointment. The main reason we had opted for the hotel was for the spa. I have been to several of the mangwanani branches and the experience is transcending. On arrival there are welcome drinks with a host ready walk you through the procedure and offer value added top ups. There are snacks available for you while you await the next procedure. The waiting room is warm and inviting. All of the above is not what I had experienced at this spa. The staff were friendly but the experience was just average. The waiting area was cold with a sad atmosphere. I did not leave the spa feeling pampered. I will definitely not be visiting this spa ever again.
