Perfect location. Staff friendly

Super noisy. The shared kitchen so so echoey so if you like a sleep in would not recommend

L'emplacement dans le centre historique de Varenna est parfait.

Toutefois, la déco est somme toute retro et viellotte et l'accueil n'a pas été simplifiée avec un bébé de 6 mois. (Fast check in, arrivée anticipée,....). C'est aussi la seule adresse qui m'a facturée le lit bébé 10 euros /jour durant tout mon séjour en Italie.

La terrazzina anche se le piante erano quasi secche Poco ci vorrebbe per renderla veramente carina La cucina con relativa dotazione Sistema chiavi richiesta dati ok Sempre disponibili al telefono

Mancanza insegna fuori anche se indicazioni precise Maltenuto e senza luce l ingresso dopo portone verde Si fa fatica ad inserire le chiavi se non hai piccola luce

The location is amazing. Great view, very close to the lake. Good AC and shower.

The bed was a bit soft. The floor had some dust/sand but not a big problem at all.
