The hosts / property manager made us fill amenity forms outside Booking.com. We reached the accommodation to only find the keys are not there. The attitude of property manager was rude and unapologetic. We had to wait for an hour for the keys to arrive only to find later the issues with the apartment. The property was unsafe for kids, had no soap for handwash or bath. Not maintained properly at all. Cleanliness was an issue, we saw hairs from previous guests in the bath tub, spots in the dishes to name a few.

The unit and facilities are fair and as expected.

Battled from 8h00 to 14h32 to get hold of the owner / agent to get details on how to access the property. She sent screenshots of instructions stating we must download an App to get access codes to the unit, but with no link or details of what App is required. Only after 4 messages and 3 phone calls and 5,5 hours later, she phoned back and said we do not need an App.
