Nice view, comfortable . Close to beach. Big TV. Well fitted out furnishings

We were only allowed keys after completing indemnity form. Long and unnecessary. Required all party's IDs and copy of IDs to be uploaded, Never been asked for that in any booking. Found it an invasion of privacy. Oven did not work...None of Window blinds worked. Wi-Fi password wrong in Room literature...No DSTV....Could not watch any TV without logging into own Netflix account...Wi-Fi unreliable and had to be continually reset. Annoying. Lamp in Lounge not working...Window Latch Locks missing and therefore dangerous. Window pane cracked in lounge. Toilet seat loose. Experienced Loadshedding blackout for 2 hours...ONLY LIFT was working off generator ..NO electricity otherwise at all during loadshedding.

"The location is great and easy to get to shops and beach, lovely to have a pool in the complex."

The location was wonderful, and the flat was cozy.

The lounge blinds did not work and the oven did not work and the bath tiles need to be cleaned. Towel rail kept falling off. Damage to Fridge interior draws etc. The Managing Agent did not bother to phone or reply to my messages re the items in the property that did not work.
