Need to fix the blinds

The bed was comfortable. Had facilities like a fridge, microwave, TV. Working Wi-fi.

Waited up to 45 minutes at the security (cold weather) to be granted access to the room. None of the flat managers answered their phones or attended to us until we called the owner of the flat. Not proactive at all, after a long wait at the security, then they sent a consent form I needed to complete which could have been done before I arrived at the complex. Conflicting messages on how to gain entry to the room, you are instructed to place your palm on the device to punch in a code and yet the device does not work. You spend another 10 mins trying to figure out how to access the actual room.

Very close to the beach and safe to walk in the evening

I didn't like the bed was very uncomfortable. I was disappointed that no body got back to our request to check in earlier than 3pm until we arrived and we had to go and find something to rather do. The checkout at 9 am also forced us to wake up too early while on holiday. So that was disappointing.

The location is nice and the view if the blinds worked or windows cleaned

The apartment was a terrible condition, it needs alot of maintenance. Most things were either broken or about to break

Location was perfect with breathtaking views! The unit was spotless, and had everything we needed. We're tea drinkers, but for others interested, just check coffee in future...it was hard. Please see this as positive feedback to help you with future bookings!

Everything was perfect!

The sea view and walking distance to the beach. And the fact the ad on booking.com doesnt mention the flat is on the 12th floor. Had i known i would have gone with a different unit.

The whistling sound coming from the window in the lounge, because of the gap. Aircon doesnt have a remote, so cannot adjust the temperature. Getting into the bath to have a shower was difficult.
