Elaf Kinda Hotel

Idont like their services someone steal my jacket and money they checked the camera and saw everything then they told me ti call me. Until now i didn't get yet any call or help

The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location

Has no front door access to drive up to the hotel, it on no driving street,

The room was the smallest I ever stayed in. I booked two twin beds but I got two twin beds combined with barely place to walk around. Only one side had side table. Pics were deceiving

When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, i was told that my reservations is canceled. No reason was given by the manager other than, it's Expedia! He showed their Expedia page that shows my reservations was canceled at 04:14 !!! Mind you, their check-in time starts at 04:00. There was no other room available in the hotel.

Location is very good This hotel is not 5 star from any perspective Door entry system to the room is the worst. Electronic Cards for rooms don’t work. Almost you have to change them everyday Breakfast quality is below average. Rooms are very small They don’t provide iron unless you request one. Electric kettles are below average

Very small room,old furniture,not clean, pure internet, elevators always busy

Everything was good but the room i got had a smoking smell in it.

Unfortunately, we were given room 1011, and the bed was very old and worn out.Other than that, the room cleaning service is very bad, and their response to us is always late.
