Trip was amazing, alhamdulillah. The first time to reach the hotel entrance is bit tough. Afterwards, the access to haram was easy. The restaurants were nearby. Triple bedroom was fine but not enough spacious for three beds. After joining all the three beds then there is little space available. Most essential amenities are available and for the rest you need to call.

Rooms itself are fine but going to hotel itself is a hassle. Lot of workload on bell boys as they have to move luggage from hotel to far place for transportation and on specific timings. They are literally hitting people on the road as one guy controlling two trolleys with lot of luggage and literally stopping the trolleys by using his shoes as a break. Bell boy was rude as well. I am not going to stay in this place

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, EVER. The hotel cancelled my stay without notifying me, they said that hotels. Com cancelled it which was a lie. I had to look for another hotel at midnight to find a place for my family and ended up paying a very expensive rate to save the situation. They were deceitful and dishonest and caused a big financial damage to me. The matter is looked at by Hotels. Com and I'm still waiting for their reply.
