Elaf Kinda Hotel

If you are looking for convenient, don’t stay at Elaf kinda. If you have luggage with you there is no proper taxi or transportation drop or entrance. You will have to work around from other hotel entrance to be able to safely make to this hotel. I do not recommend this if there is any disability or you are looking for ease of transportation. Hotel is 5 star so room was good and clean. But we were not impressed with customer service they were not accommodating to extend check out time upon kind request. Even the manager said I have to pay if you stay over 3 pm. This was very bad and stressful event for my family. The only good thing is helpers and room service people from India, pak, Bangladesh. They were kind enough to take your luggage to help transport otherwise u were all by yourself left with no help. These are the only stars of this hotel who are poor people but with biggest heart. This hotel is not really for elder people as there is no transportation. You have to walk or travel by 5-6 blocks with your luggage in hand to be able to get a taxi.So watch out before booking!

Bathroom very dirty, very small narrow room. Very inconvenient to walk around.

Great Food. Great Accommodation. Close to Al -Haram

Room service was very poor on the first day no one came to clean even after ringing the room service few times and the workers said they were too busy very disappointing

Good staff

False advertisement, room said City View but was provided with a room facing a brick wall. I was told by staff that the only rooms with city views are suites. Refused a refunded, formed a complain to manager was told he would be in touch, finally found him on our last day, said he wasn’t made aware of complaint offered us free food and a suite room even though we was checking out later that day. Our room wasn’t cleaned for our WHOLE STAY after multiple requests. They knocked on our door at 1am on our 3rd night to clean while we was in bed. My wife and I also suspect bed Bugs as we’ve both been bite mutiple times but no one else in our party who stayed at other hotels and spent everyday with us received no bites but I don’t know how I can prove that

The location of property is excellent and from the price point, it is great. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Nabeel, duty manager and reception staff was very accommodating is getting room a bit early and letting me stay an extra hour to facilitate my timing. The beds are a bit old and can use some updated mattress but overall I have no complaints.

The hotel is good is not 5 star but quite comfatable nice and clean . But the staff are fantastic very very helpful in all dept. Lifts are good plenty. Really enjoyed our stay.
