MONTESANTO36 APARTMENTS

The parking situation was horrible, finding the apartment was difficult, the building is under going construction, the staircase is dark and the apartment was not easily accessbile, itt is located at the top of several flights of stairs. Carrying luggage was a challenge.

Modern and elegant apartment situated walking distance from many attractions. The check in process was seamless, and the host was extremely helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to eat in Palermo. A lovely experience staying at this apartment!

I loved the apartment.It was really clean and renovated.It isclose to the center and supermarket. The host provided lots of information regarding food and sightseeing.I recommend.

We stayed in the orange apartment, which is really beautiful, stylish, equipped with everything you might need, has 2 beds, a terrace, a large bathroom and a kitchenette/living room area. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all main areas of interest. Federico is a great host, ready to provide great advice for travellers. Honestly, if it wasn't for his tips, I don't think our short stay in Palermo would've been as amazing and I'm very grateful for that. All in all, I couldn't recommend Montesanto36 Apartments more. Is was a great stay and would definitely stay here again next time.

Amazing perfect apartments in the perfect location. It’s was the third apartments we lived in Palermo. And definitely the best one. I regret I didn’t found it before. I like rooms, bed, perfect balcony and very stylish and convenient bathroom not inside the room or kitchen so you can feel the privacy. I was thinking how it’s can be so perfect especially after our previous one and later I saw that the owner is an architect. That’s made everything clear Also very important that the entrance was automatically, the owner just send to me codes. This is 21 century!) so he didn’t called and we could come in any time. I had a bed experience before when the lady owner call us and insisted to come at the time convenient for her. And we could leave our baggage after check out on the special room also with entrance by code

The appartment is very close to the city center, it was clean and quite comfortable for four people. The host was very helpful. I liked the flexible check in.
