GBPerfect location and spotlessly clean
GBPerfect location for the town centre, on a quiet side street. The apartment was clean and well equipped. For a single person, or an adult couple, this apartment is absolutely ideal. Fans provided in bedroom and living area helped during the warm weather. Main bedroom was quiet with an outdoor seating area.
Due to our group being a grandparent, parent & child, we used also used the sofa-bed in the living area. I would note that the sofa-bed is best suited for a child, or a small adult, for a short stay only. (A comment, not a criticism, as we were aware that the second bed was a sofabed) The living area did get very warm (we visited in August), and sleeping with the sash windows open did mean there was some road-noise throughout the night. However, this apartment is a stone's throw from the castle, so is not the place for those expecting total silence in the evenings!

The sofabed in the lounge was smallish
