Ceylon Ayu Resort Kandy

Das Zimmer war riesig. Es hatte sogar eine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Couch. Bett war sehr groß. Badezimmer auch. Der Pool auf dem Rooftop war sehr schön mit genialer Aussicht. Wir konnten die Affen beobachten. Das Frühstück war das beste auf Sri Lanka. In 13 Minuten ist man mit dem Tuk Tuk im Zentrum.

Auf den Liegestühlen hatte es leider keine Auflagen. Somit war das Liegen eher hart.

Large clean room good enough for a family of 4.

There is a stark difference between the view claimed and actuals. If looking into the adjacent buildings garden is garden view, then they have it. It is basically a lodge with the name resort. Breakfast is plated and served, they are not very keen on variety if occupancy drops. Will only provide a liter of water per night, for anything above that one has to pay extra. Will I like to repeat the property if I come back to Sri Lanka, No, far better value for money options are available.

In de keuken waren de buren goed to horen. De slaapruimte was wel goed afgezonderd qua geluid

Er hangt een hele gemoedelijke sfeer in het gebouw. Mooie grote kamers met keuken. En het dakterras met zwembad is ontzettend mooi! Personeel was ook heel vriendelijk.

Kandy zelf vonden we helemaal niets. We waren blij dat de accommodatie niet in het centrum lag.

何度か利用しています。 緑に囲まれたとてもリラックスできるホテルで、プールに入ったり、音楽を聴いたり、アーユルヴェーダトリートメントを受けたりと、いつものんびり過ごしています。 スタッフの笑顔や、陽気なドクターの人柄にも癒されます。 食事も、チリなしのおいしい料理をアレンジしてくれて、安心して滞在できました。 いつもありがとう✨

Great pool area at the top of the hotel Large room - very comfortable Good breakfast and lunch

10min+ to the centre of Kandy - it was challenging to navigate Tuktuk drivers back to the hotel We had to ask on 3 separate occasions to organise a taxi for our onward travel to the airport - they finally did it the third time and everything was fine. We weren’t sure why the first 2 requests were ignored but it was slightly stressful having to organise this when it should have been a straightforward request and we had an early international flight to catch.
