Camera molto grande. Letti comodi. Buon ristorante e bella piscina sul tetto. Personale cordiale. In collina con bella vista. Dal tetto, però, non dalla nostra camera.

Pulito ma non perfettamente pulito: trovato il classico capello altrui in bagno. Sotto camera nostra c'erano dei lavori in corso, quindi il rumore e la vista della betoniera (ma non la notte, per fortuna).

L’emplacement n’est pas superbe et très difficile à trouver, même le chauffeur local ne trouvait pas. Et pour accéder à l’hôtel vous passez par le garage.

Het is een super nette accommodatie met prachtige ruime kamers. Een fijn zwembad en gratis badlakens, erg fijn! Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Het personeel doet erg zijn best om gasten op hun gemak te stellen. Als je het ons vraagt is dit net iets teveel waardoor het wat in je aura komt. De prijzen in het restaurant zijn echt extreem duur, je betaalt hier gemiddeld drie keer zoveel als in andere restaurants.

It was nice to be slightly out of the main Kandy town, peaceful and relaxing after full days site seeing. Hotel staff very helpful and the roof top restaurant was wonderful for breakfast and evening meals. We had one lovely lunch too. Nothing was too much trouble!

Some people may feel the hotel was too far from Kandy. We found it ideal. The rooftop pool was great too. It was also quiet at night

We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food, and the food was overpriced for the portion size. Completely tasteless. The air conditioning in our room broke down and a large amount of water leaked onto the floor. Repairmen came the next day and the repair took a long time. We were unable to shower and had to use our friends’ room instead. When I asked for compensation for the above issues, the hotel manager made excuses instead of addressing the problems. Poor customer service. The waitstaff were friendly, but their language skills were poor

The room was huge and comfortable. The pool area was nice too. Lovely view from roof. WiFi was very good.

Air con unit leaked so we couldn’t use it. The restaurant was quiet and has zero atmosphere.

Very nice hotel which even had an elevator and beautiful restaurant with a pool view. People working there are super nice (especially the receptionist) and helpful with arranging tuktuks and even a great car driver to a tea plantation and train station for us to reach Ella. Traditional Sri Lankan dinner was very good and served beautifully. Finally the 20minute free massage was perfect for our stiff necks from travelling. :)

Only maybe that the tuktuk driver wanted to drive us to different tourist traps. We caved and went only to the "free" herbal garden for 15 minutes, although we got great information about their natural medicine they insisted that we buy quite expensive bottles of different oils.
