Sehr authentische Erfahrung. Zimmer funktionional. Lage sehr gut. Aussicht aus dem Frühstücksraum mega toll. Fotos vom Hotel spiegeln es nicht gut genug wider. Viel besser als auf den Fotos. Personal extrem freundlich.

The onsen was small but ok- and I loved the use of the private one. They staff was superb. And my room Overlooked the main attraction which was the water coming in from the mountains ! Could not top my view !! Loved it so much

The carpet upstairs needs to be cleaned in the hallways only - or replaced it looks dated - they could do something else besides carpet

とにかく湯畑に近い!お風呂は肌がツルツルで湯泉がよくてほぼ貸切り!プライベート感があってゆっくりできる。ほんの気持ち、おもてなしがあり、お客様を大切に思っている配慮が心地よかったです!足袋靴下が無料でもらえるのも嬉しい

ドライヤーの風量が弱いところだけが残念かな

The location was right in front of Yubatake and the staff was really friendly upon arrival. After calling them to let them know we arrived, they helped us find our parking spot. Would love to visit again one day!

"大変清掃が、行き届いている。"

朝食が、品数が大変多く、美味しかった 男子の内風呂が、清潔に清掃が、行きどどいており、気持ちが良い。

脱衣場にタオルが置いてあれば、 部屋のタオルを持って行くのを 忘れて取りに戻る必要が無かった
