Location was perfect. Courtyard adorable. Front desk staff was nice.

after we checked out they claimed there was damage, it was NOT there when we left the room. Water pressure and temperature were spotty. Property was clean but the towels in our room were not, under and around the bed not clean. And the ac unit leaked brown onto the wall.

My amd husband and love that it is in the middle of everywhere easy to go to to drop.off shopping bags not needing to go and drive anywhere

Terrible! Dirty uncomfortable room unfriendly staff (outside the girl at check in) we are blown away on how awful the facility was. We booked 4 nights, left after the first and had to eat the 3 other nights as non refundable. We have traveled the world, stayed in hostels and this venue was/is #1 as the worst. Bugs in room/door didn’t lock on patio/hair all over bathroom/leaky faucet/covered in dust/stains on sheets. AND when we left after one night..didn’t even question why leaving..buyer beware!!! Just awful

It was in a great location and loads of character. The front reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were quite small, we were unable to get channels in the TV and it would be helpful if there were hooks or additional towel rail in the bathroom.

Faltantes en la habitacion, ejemplo una mesa de luz o apoyo, un frigobar. Conseguir agua caliente para infusion se tornó muy complicado con algunos empleados.

The hotel itself was the old new orleans style I wanted it to be

Tv didnt work, but was fine as we didnt come to watch tv anyway
