Being the camp that is closest to the dunes in the middle of an actual oasis (with water only 2 meters deep) this is the furthest you can be in the Sahara while still having a very comfortable experience The host, Mohamed, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, from making some of the best food we had in Morocco to helping arrange transport and give directions even days before we arrived in Merzouga.
