Stroom viel uit, gebeurt vaker in Tulum, niet hun schuld Hierdoor geen wifi en konden we ook niet douchen Wifi probleem bleef na stroomherstel. Dat werd uiteindelijk op een andere manier opgelost in de avond door de eigenaar.

FRMagnifique piscine ! Très intimiste pour ceux qui aiment le calme, loin des grands hôtels. Les hôtes ont été très disponibles et sympathiques. Se situe dans une petite rue mais très bon emplacement et la boulangerie à côté était délicieuse ! La fibre fonctionne parfaitement.
Nous avons réservé un appartement de 125m2 pour une famille de 4 et nous avons en fait eu 2 chambres séparées sur 2 étages différents, ce qui n’est pas idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants. La chambre du haut était minuscule et un peu glauque. La piscine de notre chambre sans protection très très dangereuse, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter. La propreté laissait à désirer, sèche linge plein de moutons de poussière. Pas de ménage lors de votre séjour et une seule serviette par personne pour tout votre séjour. Cela ne vaut pas son prix.

CAThe check in and out instructions were clear and accurate. Communication with the host was easy. The space was comfortable, efficiently designed and stylish. The private balcony was pretty and relaxing. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer.
As it was explained, Tulum is experiencing rapid growth and there can be blackouts. We experienced a black out for several hours and it was inconvenient.
