You need to use another platform to communicate and pay the deposit. The door code will only be provided on the day of check-in, but the accommodation is located in an area with poor data reception for most roaming connections. This means that if you don’t save all the necessary information before arriving, you may be left waiting helplessly at the front door. As for the facilities, there is only one hair dryer for all guests to share. The worst issue, however, is the unstable hot water supply-hot water runs for about one minute, then stops and may return after three minutes. We basically had to shower in cold water. I’m not sure if this problem is unique to my apartment, though.

NLThe property is super clean and the host was very responsive. The location is near to the main Tulum center and having a car helps.
BEOur stay went very well at Muneek, the place is easy to find by car, the location is pleasant and sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city center, it is ideally located in the district of La Veleta with plenty of restaurants within 5 min walk.
The only practical negative in our room was the lack of a drying rack to dry clothes and towels when returning from the beach. Also of note was the fridge, which can be very noisy at night and woke us up several times.

GBSelf checkin/checkout was a breeze. Pool area was lovely. Big comfy bed and TV. Nice area to work next to the kitchen. Good location next to calle 7 with restaurants etc.
BRMuunek is a wonderful apartament, well equiped and with a great design. This place was well cleaned, and we felt that we’re at home. The neighborhood was quiet, it’s far from Tulum downtown, but it was a problem for us.
