"This is the worst place we have stayed , this needs a lot of work doing on it"

Not much. Only location to get to my work

Nearly everything. This house needs a lots of work doing on it. Uncomfortable. Damp smells. Water leak in toilet. And very damp walls and ceiling with mould.

I liked the helpful gentleman in the room next door. He helped me. He agreed with me that the attitude I received from James was extremely negative. This gentleman was the person that James made the comments about me to.

I didn’t appreciate the derogatory comments made about my disability. These comments were made to another guest about me, and I HEARD IT! Despite James being told on more than one occasion about my impaired sight, he ignored me.
