I had a bed to sleep on at the end of long tiring day.

Supposed ensuite cramped very small. I hit my elbow a few times while on the toilet and brushing my teeth, as the shower cubicle occupied most space in there. Cobwebs on ensuite ceiling and sealant peeling off windows. No hangers in wardrobe, bath mats used in place of rugs near bed. Rickety bedside lamp, stains on shelf unit and bedside unit. Treadmill and something standing in small landing. Dining table could do with a good clean. Breakfast was a light one. Cornflakes and toast which you have to prepare yourself. I did say "a light breakfast should consist of choice of Danish Pastries, toast, jam etc. The small almost empty tub of Proactive marg had a plastic broken spoon in it. Milk was curdled in my tea and I had to use the Almond milk that was in date. I had to throw the carton of milk away as well as the small amount of whole milk. The owner did go to Asda and buy 4 Danish Pastries, 2 of which I ate. That was all I had for breakfast in all the 4 days of my stay. Kitchen messy with scourer lying in the sink, along with a dirty pan. Dish draining rack stacked full of plates, cutlery and there appeared to be only one mug that I washed and used. All I could watch on TV was Sky News because you had to Sign in??? I would not recommend staying here.

Nicely priced and well located for the Medway. Comfortable double room with shower. Clean and quiet.

The helpful and understanding attitude of the owner. When there was a mistake with the booking (not his fault) He resolved the matter quickly and calmly, even though I was not in the best mood. Well done sir
