Lenox Bed and Breakfast

May have missed it in the description, but the continental breakfast awaiting me in the room was unexpected and appreciated.

No major concerns, shower temps were reversed, which took me a minute to work out :)

The welcome on the bed with the tray for breakfast cerial laid out and a tray that could of been used for a breakfast in bed. The comfort of the bed, I thought it was a water bed once inside. The bed at times in the night lacked support and I felt like I was going to fall off the bed. The desk and comfy 'office' chair was a bonus. Soundproofed room from the nearby planes flying in and out.

The site was on a horse farm and the car park driveway was full of building rubbish, IE: large sacks that stone or soil are delivered into. There were several campers in poor states of disrepair with flat tyres. The Hale village on a Monday didn't have any food available in the two pubs tried. I ate at a takeaway. very few people seen in the town mid evening.

Nice comfy bed , the microwave and toaster are handy for breakfast or meals, a breakfast of sorts is provided with small cereals and a croissant each , but someone took ours out of our room so we didn't have any for our room , until the morning when the cleaner who was really nice , gave us some croissants and water to take with us ,

Can be quite noisy at night with other guests being only just over the small corridor,

Location great, fresh milk andfridge is a wonderful change

Lackof shower curtain and anywhere to hang clothes made everything wet. Thought there was some outdoor seating but wasnt.

Walls are very thin in those rooms

There was an adorable little laptray left on the bed for us with cereal and pastries for breakfast, the lamps made us laugh and there was a little book on one of the night tables called the cuckolds Odyssey two and it genuinely made me and my boyfriend collapse giggling. Beautiful location, a bit out of the way.

Hard to locate, it shows on google maps as being halfway up the road but I was able to find it just about!

Everything was perfect. Cannot complain just wish I didn't have an early flight so we could stay a bit longer. Easy to find as well and a beautiful area.

Great location, cheap, tea coffee and milk in the fridge, easy to find and parking on-site

Poor communication; got no check-in instructions until we arrived and had a nosy around, but helpful from that point. Not the cleanest; we had to wear socks in the room as our feet were getting dirty walking barefoot. Shower head had a fair bit of limescale and mould meaning the water was going everywhere and with no shower screen the whole bathroom was wet with no bath mat. The “breakfast” element was 2 child size boxes of cereal and a pain au chocolate which were not refreshed on the 2nd day. Bed sheets looked nice but felt a bit clingy, possibly polyester. Isn’t the most soundproof.
