La dirección está mal ubicada en el mapa, no te responden a las llamadas ni el chat para poder dar con la dirección correcta, no hay nadie para recibirte ni para asignarte la habitación, un desastre. Tuvo que quedarse el taxista con nosotros durante 20 min para dar con el sitio correcto, ni a él ni a nosotros nos respondían a las llamadas y para colmo a la que llegas no sabes dónde entrar ni cuál es tu habitación. Deja mucho que desear.

Excellent and easy to find location for Liverpool airport, quiet enough to still sleep with a lovely countryside feel but a 5 minute drive away for a quick start. Lovely big clean and nicely decorated room with all the amenities needed, the breakfast on a tray was such a kind gesture. Comfy bed that smelt of fresh laundry and a powerful shower too! Spacious, safe parking right outside the property and straightforward access to your room, no windy corridors or multiple doors etc if you have a lot of stuff to carry. I brought my three dogs with me at no extra charge, the hosts were very accommodating to this with no reams of do’s and don’ts and checked in with me before I got to the property and gave clear and easy to follow instructions to access my room. When I arrived there was what I assumed was their daughters leavers party beginning, though she was young she was self aware and considerate enough to come over and ask which room I was in, explain what was happening and said she would try to keep everyone away from that end of the building, an absolute credit to her parents! The price for the room and everything included was an absolute steal. I have seen previous reviews regarding rubble etc which was not apparent when I arrived anyway, but credit to the owners for doing something to modernise and maintain the property which will sometimes mean a bit of mess outside! If you want Hilton quality then pay Hilton prices, but when I last stayed there they gave me a room that was already occupied which became apparent when I walked in on the other guests, so it’s not always the case of expensive = better, and I’d rather support small, family owned businesses if I can. Will definitely book again and thank you for having me!

Price, location, size of accommodation, loads of parking space. Good Comms. Breakfast tray in room on arrival. Fridge, microwave & a toaster, kettle. What more do you need?? A couple of small issues found when we arrived were dealt with within 20minutes. A fantastic location for our needs If you need to get to the airport, metro into city it's only 10minutes to airport or closest metro station.

It was comfortable and quick drive from the airport. Also the complimentary stuff were a nice touch

The sound was a bit annoying. You could hear everything going on in the corridor and sometimes other rooms

breakfast left on a tray on the bed, only 1 cup, no tea spoons, no milk for tea or breakfast, cutlery dirty. We had to text owner to bring these to the room. Room not refreshed for the second morning. Room not clean at all see pictures.

A lovely room with a cute breakfast tray on the bed waiting for us when we arrived. Everything you needed for a short stay and the location suited us for where we were going.

Our only issue was the other people staying, causing a lot of commotion late at night about being in the wrong room and someone else having their room. Then they proceeded to talk loudly outside our door... not the owners fault of course, just made sleeping a tad difficult!
