Rooms was clean. P

Rooms shower and toilets was no force of water, Air Conditioning was not cooling proper. Beach is untidy. Breakfast was not 50/50. Pool was not clean.

Great staff, great room. Beautiful pool. Totally accommodating to me and guests. I really want to go back!

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

The villa hotel is a nice little boutique hotel with a pool and garden area straight at the beach. The location close towards DAR is great. The rooms are up to date and mostly well maintained. We where travelling with a family of 5 and had 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom had a small annex with a third bed. A reasonably large parking is available within the hotel compound for travelers with a car. The host / owner is lovely and great and speaks English's very well.

The first room we got had the bathroom light blown (and as you know , Africa can be dark at night ;-). In stead off changing the bulb we where offered another room, which is a great gesture! only to find that the room door lock was broken. The entire inner part of the lock was gone. But we stayed and used the balcony entrance to enter the room. During the entirety of our stay they couldn't replace the lock. The pool water wasn't very clear, i think a bit more care should be taken. At the pool side there are rotan sunbeds. these where invested with ants! As soon as you laid down with wet shorts, the ants come with thousands making chilling a chilling experience. But the most negative we where at the restaurant. We where the only ones in the hotel. Having dinner between 40 other empty tables still took about an hour-and half to make whatever simple food. Every night, same for lunch or whatever you wanted to order at the pool!!. With children that's to long. Also the quality of the food was very very basic. Bar staff just hangs around and is clearly not trained to service you or selling drinks etc. You can hang around the pool the whole day and they will not offer another drink or snack. Evn if you order yourself, it will take again loong time.

Too many mosquitoes at night and the windows didn't have the transparent curtain nets.

The beach

Almost everything from the room, they were not clean, dirty curtains, door handles werent working, there were no kettle in the room for tea/coffee. There is no value for money and I am very disappointed. The pool was not clean
