"Location is good which is a benefit"

Proximity to the beach. I stayed for one night so it was convenient.

Cleanliness needs to be checked. The linens and towels were not smelling fresh.

Only the AC.

Dirty rooms & toilet, Big fat cockroaches and centipede, 0 cleaning and dirty bathrooms. The entrance is the dirtiest with fresh cow dungs. Worst I would say, the owner charged 500Rs more saying it's booking.com's commission that only is shown to the hotel owners. Pathetic.

A proper place to stay near the beach with having a lots of food options at a walking distance. Rooms are no doubt the best with proper amenities. And big thanks to Mr. Nitesh who is always there to help on just a single call.
