Staff was polite.

The very entrance is a very small narrow passage to a reception desk where you won't find anyone most of the times. Thereafter the rooms are ok in size but more or less like store rooms without any proper are around them. There is a single window in the room through which you can just see another wall 2 feet away. The rooms ceiling is wooden which keeps making continous loud noises like it's going to fall down and that is really scary. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room with not so clean linens. Continous noise was present probably though the wooden walls of the room into which there were insects and even rats were present. You can probably spend 500 or 1000 bucks more and can have a beach facing room but again without going there it's difficult to book.

Loved having a refrigerator, hot pot, and table with chairs. Beach is just steps away. Helped arrange taxi for further up north. A little covered porch area in front of door.

Couldn't see the beach. Some mold in the bathroom.

Perfect location lovely hosts, would stay again.

There are frequent power outages, the electrical installation is dangerous, we couldn't charge our phones. the mattresses are old, covered with an unwashed blanket. full of cockroaches.

Too crowded beach and dirty beach

It is a Guest house just at the entrance of the Palolem beach. Everything here is at its best. To stay at such a place is a treat for yourself. If you get an opportunity to book at this resort never miss it. You will enjoy your stay.

- Nitesh, the manager is super helpful and nice. He helped me to rent a motorbike and also with a one day tour in Velha Goa - rooms in front of the beach. It is close to a restaurant but it is not noisy. - good wifi - good room size and comfortable bed - good a/c
