Excellent apartment very spacious

Well decorated, clean throughout, spacious. Location was reasonably close to town and amenities.

Exterior quite poorly kept, gas / electric meter damaged with door detached on floor. Very strong smell of cannabis in the communal areas. Bathroom mirror was cracked and damaged.

Key don’t even work in the door, they gave the wrong key. Never even made it inside. Hard to contact and only listened when I got annoyed and sent a video of the key not even fitting in the door as proof. Having to request a refund and they seemingly don’t want to reply since. Not acceptable

I couldn't gain access to the apartment as no key had been left for me. I had to book somewhere else but when I asked for a refund it was refused. If you need to get hold of someone in an emergency as was this case, it takes ages for them to reply to you or they don't reply at all. Not the best place to go if you want a stress free stay. Have stayed here before a few times and experienced similar issues. I would have thought they had resolved these problems by now?

É um HOSTEL! Anúncio é fake,você chega e tem que compartilhar a cozinha sendo que em nenhum lugar do anúncio avisa sobre. Cheguei e estava tudo sujo,faltando fronha e lençol sujo. Só recebi toalhas no dia seguinte. Péssimo.
