The property was in a quiet location within walking distance of the centre of town, bus station, and rail station. The room was spacious, well-furnished and decorated, and the facilities were generally quite good. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice choice of lighting and seating options.

The TV remote didn't work due to leaky batteries - clearly previous occupants hadn't reported this. There were stairs up to the rooms of the flat from the entrance, but no light on the staircase, which had to be negotiated in darkness (there was a handrail from half-way up). The code panel on the front door was a bit erratic.

Lovely apartment in a great location, private, good facilities.

I rented it for two weeks and unfortunately only when I arrived they informed me that the elevator was not working, they asked me for the deposit amount and said that it had already been unlocked to be returned to my account and nothing, terrible support, they do not respond to messages. And I am trying to resolve the money issue and nothing but I will call the police, whatever those 100 are, they will not keep them

Couldnt find the key safe at first, once i found the key safe the code didnt work. Couldnt get in the property. I arrived at the property late at night and couldntr get any help

Just the location

When I reached the property I waited for at least 30 minutes to open the lock because both codes I have been provided with are wrong. They were not even picking my calls for entire 30mins. I was with luggage in my hands and they were not responding to my messages or calls. I wanted to extended the booking for some reason They didn’t received my call or didn’t respond my messages Plates were dirty in the kitchen The forgot my charger there. But they didn’t reply to my messages more calls. Very very disgusting behaviour
