lovely little apartment right next to the city aswell so not far to walk will definitely be staying here again

Nice modern apartment overall, good sized shower.

After showering the steam seemed to bring out a strong smell of stale cigarettes which lingered in the room which was very unpleasant. Very steep stairs, difficult to get our bags up. The area was a bit sketchy in general and no where to park even in the carpark stated there was no reserved space sign so we had to pay for that. We were willing to look past these things but after being woke up in the night by other guests banging on the front door trying to get into the property multiple times, playing loud music and singing and shouting loudly we weren't keen on staying any longer as we had to be up early in the morning. Had to pay for another hotel in the area so we could get a decent night's sleep. We tried contacting the property to resolve the issue but had no response. Booking.com tried contacting them, and the property was unwilling to provide us any refund for the stay we didn't even end up being able to have or for our inconvenience.

The stairs up to the flat were very steep and narrow and not advertised clearly

Everything was very good except somebody managed to set off fire alarm by smoking.

Very clean attractive studio with every thing you need. Would go again

Key safe very hard to open

I have contacted Booking.com and the owner regarding the fact I could not access the property because the keys were unobtainable. Neither the owner on the evening, or Booking.com after the event have replied to my complaint, and I had to find a new hotel at 7pm in the evening
