Lanna Hotel by Kasalong Resort and Spa Pattaya

Staff were very attentive and tried so hard to appease us and overcome various problems. Good sized room and bathroom - very clean. Definitely wrong rating - 3 stars at best.

Room and hotel facilities misadvertised - no spa, no bar/restaurant/shop on site (small shop and restaurant across the street, vending machine for soft drinks in the hotel, cold beer available from a fridge in the hotel, no spirits or wine available in the hotel), no microwave or kitchenware in the room, no minibar, no bidet in the bathroom. Card payments incur 5% charge - not in the description. Pool drained for re-tiling and repairs from day one to three - no pool access from our pool access room. No prior information about this. Full breakfast options not available on day 2. Breakfast options from day 3 onwards were better but not hot. Barely warm. Location too far from the centre if you wish for that kind of day/nightlife. Hard pillows made it difficult to sleep. Safety deposit box did not work. Wooden sunchairs on the balcony were uncomfortable after a while.

This place had nice pool , breakfast for me it was okay not like wow ,

A little far from city centre, each travel can cost like 100 baht ,

Giving quiet peaceful country vibes, quiet hotel with quiet customers

As it is resort and spa, there is none spa services, only one big pool. They should really think to hire one lady to do treatments with fair prices!

At least the staff were helpful

They charged me 5% coz paid by card. Its only 3 star & you would never go in the pool

They put me into an very old room
