Lanna Hotel by Kasalong Resort and Spa Pattaya

The room space is decent size

A lot, facility is old, very old, I paid a upgrade room when seeing the standard room was too bad, location is far from the center, each trip is 500 baht - 700 baht

Breakfast was basic. Staffs were very accommodating, attentive and friendly.

Bathroom was not clean. The bathtubs were dirty and not clean for some while, there some hairs. Aircon was screeching loud noise and did not have a good night’s sleep.

The room is spaciously big! Quite a balcony & you've got a bathtub & shower! The toilet is really big too!

The bed was really hard. It's not bouncy at all. For 5D4N, we have to bear with the backpain. Ask for change of bed, they reckon it's changed but still the same. Not sure if they really change or not. Kasalong should change to a comfy bed. Also, the breakfast is not so good. Too much Pork options & scrambled eggs is my must-have breakfast but unfortunately, i didn't look forward to have one as they didn't use oil, they use butter. Alot. So the taste is quite off. It's very off actually.

my stay overall was fine. The listing for it makes it seem a lot more upscale than it is. the pool was beautiful, but that’s about all I really liked.

the room had a terrible smell, and overall I felt as though this is falsely advertised. my room was said to have a balcony and a garden view, which really meant it had a small walkway outside the room and there were some flowers near the parking lot which was the view. breakfast was nothing great, and the location was much farther away than it seemed when reading the listing. I would not stay here again.
