Great hosts, very peaceful location, good access to local amenities. We chose to dine out at a local pub, the food was excellent, but the portion sizes were meagre compared to the prices (we have big appetites) the cottage had everything we needed, plus the added luxury and stylish interior we expected. The place is a hidden gem and we would definitely recommend.

South view farm cottage is lovely . In an ideal location for us when visiting family, which we do often It's a lovely clean cottage and beautifully presented with everything you need , a lovely welcome bottle of wine and choccies greatly appreciated! We didn't meet Caroline but met Steve who was extremely welcoming and friendly and told us everything we needed to know.It was a very cold weekend when we stayed, but the cottage was lovely and warm and cozy. Lovely and quiet location,, great comfortable beds and lovely pillows,. but still near enough to get to places to eat . Communication with Steve was excellent and I'm sure whatever you needed Steve would be there to assist ! We have booked again to stay in February and will have more stays throughout the year we are really please we found such a lovely comfortable place that we can stay in whilst seeing family.

The place is cosy and warm and spotlessly clean. Everything is decorated and fitted to a really high standard and we got a warm welcome on arrival with everything explained to us. Would highly recommend!

Property was clean and well equipped

Roof is poorly insulated so when it rains, as it did heavily during the night we stayed, you can hear the water falling on to the roof which makes quite a din. Disturbed our sleep.
