La localización no era exactamente buena

The property was well situated

The living room carpet was very stained. Also all the beds creaked whenever you turned over, waking us up.

Great little house, had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The house was immaculate, you could smell it was clean as soon as you walked in. Settee was very comfortable and the little paved area was lovely to be able to sit out Parking was great with one allocated parking space almost outside the property

The tv wasn’t great, was very slow and a few of the streaming options were just a black screen. One bed in the twin room, the one on the wardrobe side, was awful, could feel the springs and was so squeaky, I eventually gave up trying to sleep in it and went and slept on the sofa. The stairs are really squeaky and the hand rail is a bit wobbly at one point, could do with them being looked at. Was a couple of dirty cups in the cupboard, I did was them and left them on the drainer.

Lovely place to stay , Would use again when in the area

The television was a bit hit & miss but its a minor point

The house was very neat and close to all ammenities

We had a lovely stay, great value for money. The linen was clean, soft and felt luxurious. The hpuse was clean and tidy and smelt lovely and fresh. The complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch.

Few small improvements could be made that I've relayed to the owner, nothing of significance.
