We didn't make use of this facility for our stay in Cape Town at all. We logged a complain and tried to cancel this booking immediately after being treated like shit at check-in. We arrived at about 14h30 at the first gate, there was no bell to ring, we called several times the contact number provided through booking.com via email. No answer. We drove around the corner and park opposite the street, walked over and pressed the broken doorbell. We called over the gate for a lady that was standing in the door....We waited several minutes for her to open the gate (which motor was also not working). She didn't even welcomed us and let us wait outside a long time while she tried to find our booking on their system. After she called the supervisor via telephone at last, they found our booking confirmation and let us in and showed us the bedroom and shared bathroom. The bathroom floor was wet and filthy.. Me and my daughter didn't felt comfortable or safe at all, we went back to our car and have to find another place to stay for the night. We will never use booking.com ever again as well. A long time ago I also paid in advance and canceled the booking within the given grace period. Until today booking.com never refunded me, but I unfortunately didn't complain then. Now it is the second time I am dissatisfied with the quality of places they offer to stay. My daughter was writing her matric exams at Boston college nearby, and we needed a place to stay over just for one night as we are located in Worcester.

It was close to work, I really had a good stay. And the rooms are really comfortable. Sandra is so amazing, she pays attention and checks up on guests regularly. She really made my stay comfortable and nice! She exceptional! 🫂

Only the shower. The water clogs when water runs for too long. But everything else was good.

The place was the filthiest place ever. They say it is a self catering but you can’t even find a spoon. There was noise till the following morning, I literally couldn’t sleep.
