Couldn’t get the jacuzzi to work properly possibly operator error?

Beautiful place, great location, great views

Parking spot location very difficult to drive in..especially for a tourist used w automatic cars. Getting uphill with 180 degree curves, with sandy//not asphalted street was dangerous. At safety risk, especially at night, decided to leave car in city parking garage down the hill..

Fantastic location, right near the beach, AMAZING views all around the apartment. Great cafes and restaurants nearby and everything within walking distance to the cable car into town. The Isola Bella Luxury View was luxurious, spacious and a fantastic choice for myself, husband and our three teenage boys

Beautiful apartment with beautiful panoramic views. It’s in a great location and includes parking. New and modern, very comfortable.

The parking area is tricky to get to.

View is amazing!!! Location perfect with mini markets and restaurants near by. The host easily contactable and tried to help when she could. The host arranged extra towels when asked. Host arranged for someone to sort AC / leaking hot tub from upstairs apartment and arranged a gift for inconvenience.

Angry neighbour shouting /swearing at my family. Lack of equipment in kitchen. No hooks in bathroom to place towels. Asking for towels to be changed, felt this could be a routine thing especially as you are using hot tub. The hot tub area being two floors from your apartment(only if you have superior apartment) not sure it states that area is two floors away when booking!!!!The kitchen area requires to be cleaned again before use. The road that takes you to apartment is very steep and can’t emphasis this part enough. On leaving you are required to leave a city tax in cash! You are told on arrival when the host calls you the amount. I think it would be best to leave written documentation with exact amount with the team that greet you as I couldn’t remember. Felt family holiday ruined with the neighbour on first floor apartment.
