Location and views. Spacious well equipped apartment

Resident in adjacent apartment was intolerant of holidaymakers. Hostile to us despite us being considerate guests.

The home was beautiful.

The communication. The ability to get to the location (taxis wouldn’t drive up). I spoke to four different people at various points of our three day stay. The facility didn’t provide enough sheets or toilet paper and told us to purchase additional if needed.

The taxi drivers in Taormina are not accomodating to drive up to apartment to drop off bags - Not operators issue tried very hard to get to understand - The book in people came and got us which was really appreciated

Position

Due to some ongoing fires in the whole area, water and electricity was interrupted for one day, however, good support received by the owner. At the entrance of the private road to access the property a bunch of people stopped our car and bullied a few times: quite unpleasant.

The location the location. You have a private sundeck all to your self and the view from there is amazing. We did not even go to the beach because of the hot tub. The apartment was big and every room had their own bathroom. The apartments balcony was big as well. Really good value for money in my opinion. The hostess was nice and friendly as well. There is a funicular, that takes you to the city Taormina, which is very close by.

It was good that there was private parking although it was a very steep road to there and also you have to go trough a public parking area where the workers won't remember your face or car and think that you will park without paying money. But that is not a fault of the owner just a heads up if you travel with car.
