Die Lage ist top, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Stadtmitte und und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Golfplatz. Sehr ruhige Wohnlage, nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Anlage mit den vielen Zimmern ist gepflegt und sehr ordentlich.

Es ist sehr "Basic" in den Zimmern und erweckt den Eindruck als ob es sich um einen ehemaligen Kindergarten halten der umfunktioniert wurde. Das ist sicherlich nicht so, aber ein Sekretär/Schreibtisch im Zimmer der aus Beton und festbetoniert ist schon etwas eigen. Die ganzen laminierten Hinweise an den Wänden sind auch nicht stylish. Es ist sehr hellhörig im Gebäude, daher wohl auch der Zettel "Silence" an der Wand. Für kurze Übernachtungszeiten absolut ok, Golfgruppen etc. finden hier das was sie suchen zu einem guten Preis.
