The location, and the owner was great. The room was also very comfortable

I don't eat bacon. So on the breakfast menu, perhaps another protein option would be great, for example sausage, chicken livers, ground beef,.. etc

Advertised as luxury accommodation which is false, paid for 2x queen rooms the second once you open the door has a strong smell as I believe they renovated a domestics room, the bed firstly is a double, light fitting broken and gives the room a bad vibe. Had a shower and had cold water only then reached for a towel and it had a spot of blood on it, room overall is poor and definitely not luxury at all, the towels are paper thin. Paid for breakfast included however didn’t eat there once as the croissants are stale and of a very low quality. The check in staff are untrained and said the geysers are not working so I shouldn’t expect hot water. The management was notified about all this on the messages. Upon leaving I spoke to the manager and told her our frustration however I just recieved a very rude message on the app stating next time I should book somewhere else. Unfortunately they take advantage of people and due to this they deserve to get a poor rating. Great location, poor facilities and arrogant staff. In my opinion, the should have simply apologised and tried to resolve as we paid good money to stay in this sub par guest house labeled as luxury.

I would avoid as they are rude and arrogant with poor services and definitely not luxury as indicated.

Frühstück war leider sehr wenig. Vielleicht hatten wir Pech und eine große Gruppe hatte vor uns bereits alles weggegessen, aber für uns war fast nichts mehr da und es wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

This one the cleanest place that I have been to. The host is very charming and I can guarantee you that this really a value for money place to stay. Not far from the waterfront. You don't need a car as everything is closer

More variety in term of breakfast will be an added plus
