The host messaged me prior to check in and gave exact coordinates on What3Words to make sure we found the cottage perfectly. We were sent photos of where to park, and the key safe code. The host checked in on us later that evening, and was so friendly and welcoming, and gave us tips and advice on local hiking routes. Stunning cottage with a lovely mezzanine level bedroom. Thoughtfully kitted out with basic essentials and bonus points for the eco friendly touches! A beautiful welcome basket of local goodies was such a thoughtful touch

The cottage had everything! We couldn't fault a single thing. It was lovely to find eggs, milk, lemon water, bread along side other snacks within the kitchen, it was an additional touch that wasn't needed to expected but very much appreciated! Jules went above and beyond for our stay and we really appreciated her introducing herself and recommending places to eat, drink and go for walks. I couldn't recommend a stay at Lyme tree farm cottages more and we will definitely be visiting again

The whole cottage was tastefully decorated it felt like a French cottage. Had everything you could want. Comfortable and clean. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. A lot of thought has gone into making it an experience not just a place to stay.

Fantastic home decor, love every little detail of the house, super clean and cozy. The owner has even prepared some local fresh milk, egg, bread, pancakes, and biscuits, which made the whole experience feel like home. My mom and I had a wonderful two-day stay and made even ‘friends’ with cows next door. Perfect stay if you are looking to escape from the busy city life ;)
