The location is good

- Behaviour of Front staff: Front staff is not friendly and feel like they don't have any standard in term of collecting guests info. The woman in morning shift kept my original passport even she already have the copy and when I asked to get it back, she said that it's their policy. In the night shift, i asked another staff and they gave back to me. In the morning, the housekeeper kept ringing my doorbell just to ask if she could come to make up the room. Before going out, i asked the front staff that i want to clean the room but when I came back, the room is still the sameeeeeee and no apology when I complained in next morning. - Cleanliness - you shouldn't buy tour from front counter since they will add 30% -40%

I love the location, the hotel in general.

The cleaning services not the best. And the maintenance of the pool , the floor is falling apart, the exercise equipment is rusted and broken.

The sea view was fantastic, the room very comfortable, large and modern it was a great upgrade from my last hotel. Good value for money.

Its not the most central but not bad. The breakfast had limited western options but did have omelet, bread and cereal.

The view was great. The hotel is looking directly to the beach. It cannot be closer to the beach. The location is excellent. The staffs are very responsive, fast, friendly, efficient. My kids forgot a backpack at the entrance and the guard took it inside. My son was really happy to receive it back. The staffs also gave us quite some options for sightseeing in town.

The swimming pool does not have a heater, so when we came in the middle of "winter", it was not pleasant to swim there.
