Clean, good location ans comfortable

The bed size is a bit small, the man staffs aren’t friendly especially a reception at night, we met him when checked in, his speak wan’t friendly at all, not sure that this is because of his languages…

Because the location was perfect, we travelled very well acrossed the city.

The staff at the reception. Not flexible when asking day-use and late check-out even we are willing to pay.

The view is nice

The sound proofing is very bad. You can hear other rooms clearly and floor to floor insulation is poor.

Spacious modern room with a stunning ocean view I liked the large bathtub in the bathroom Close to beach, restaurants and other services Large breakfast restaurant with mostly asian choices, although they did have an egg and pho station.

Close to beach but had to cross a busy street to get to it. But it is the same for all hotels on that road. It doesn't seem that the hotel gets a lot of international guests., which was not really a problem. It just took a bit more effort to communicate.

The view is spectacular. The staff (especially the guard) is very friendly.

I would prefer to have more lights in the room.

The HSKP is terrible.They didn't make up my room and turn on the DND by themself and said this was my mistake. The front desk staff are always long face and rough.
