Great B&B. Very clean, bed was wonderfully comfortable. Hosts served a great breakfast every morning. The location was pretty much within a half an hour of the things we wanted to do in the Lancaster area. The house is in a nice country setting along a river (with a covered bridge) and a stream. We enjoyed talking with the guest and the hosts, Patty and Jerry.

We stayed for two nights (weekend) and had a wonderful experience!! Our room was very clean and beautiful, with gorgeous view to the garden, bed was supper comfy, loved the bathrobes, loved the shower, loved breakfast! I only wish we could stay for a longer time! Thank you Patty and Jerry for your warm hospitality, hope to come again!

It was very good and when the host found out I couldn't eat milk and cheese, she made me vegan French toast and another day vegan muffins. They were very accommodating. We found out that another couple who was staying there inquired about kayaks that were sitting on the edge of the river on their property. They ended up going with the owners on a kayak adventure. Ask about that if you go in the summer.

They had a beautiful outdoor patio and fire pit area. It might have been nice to sit outside in the evening but nobody was out there it was very hot for the few days we were there so maybe not conducive to a fire pit. In cooler season, that would be nice. Be ready to drag your suitcase up a lot of stairs to the second floor. I believe there is a room or two on the main floor.

I was so lucky to find this little gem. Patty and Jerry are the loveliest couple and gracious hosts. I felt so at home and well taken care of. The BnB is beautiful, with amazing views and access to a peaceful spot by the river. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a very comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom, and all the amenities you could think of. Patty makes the most delicious breakfasts, like homemade French toast and muffins with thoughtful little details like real whipped cream! Delicious coffee and snacks were available outside of breakfast hours. You can feel they have poured their heart into this place, paying attention to every little detail. Whenever I'm in the area, I will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!! ❤️

The room was spacious and immaculate. The shower was one of the best we've ever had. The grounds are beautiful with a covered bridge and river across the street. Breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed our conversation with Patty. A beautifully peaceful and restful place. The coffee bar is the most complete we've ever seen, with excellent equipment and very generous suppies of drinks and snacks.

There is some highway noise on the back side of the house, but you can't hear it inside orif you sit on the front porch.

My room was spacious, bright, clean and beautiful. Patty is an amazing hostess and a wonderful cook! I highly recommend (and will revisit) this bed and breakfast! 🙂
