The property was amazing. The house was built in the 1800’s and was absolutely amazing. The gardens, the views of the river and covered bridge was fabulous

"Perfect place to stay"

Patty and Jerry were wonderful hosts. The home located short driving distances from everywhere. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The down stairs dining area had more then plenty amenities. The food that was prepared every more was homemade and delicious.

Owners are friendly & social with guests. Breakfast foods were homemade, delicious, hot & plentiful, with variety of coffees, teas, water & snacks avaliable all day. Beautiful farmland location close to town.

We were visiting family for Christmas and Jerry and Patty (the proprietor's) went well out of their way to make our stay the most enjoyable ever! Can't wait till we get a chance to go back there again! Beautiful Property! We wouldn't stay anywhere else! Thank you both The Ludgate's

The location near a wonderful covered bridge was great. The hosts were terrific and the home -made breakfast and excellent coffee were the best perhaps that we have ever had in a BnB!
