Everything was fine, even better than last year. Internet connection in the room was very good. Swimming pools were cleaned every day. Hotel stuff was very nice, with professional distance but very helpful and polite.

A bit too long distance to the beach. Although there is a free shuttle to the beach, however its schedule was not comfortable for us.

The hotel is great! The staff is friendly and multilingual. The location is perfect for exploring the area and being close to the sea. It’s a family-friendly hotel, and many people come back several seasons in a row. I had one unpleasant situation with the room, but a solution was offered fairly quickly. A note for sensitive guests: there is a mosque nearby, and you can occasionally hear the prayers. Overall, it’s a good place – I’ll go back there next season too!

Ok for an overnight stay. Small pools for the potential number of guests. Staff pleasant. Room was very comfortable, air conditioning was fabulous with a 15 min walk to the beach.

General friendliness, and helpfulness from staff. My son loved the water slides. Free wifi throughout. The beach is quite close and the beach cafe is friendly. Some excellent and inexpensive restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

Some of the cleaning staff are noticeably better than others. Wifi quality could be better.

Rooms are big and clean.

Food was absolutely unbearable it was the same almost every day what ever wasn't eat for lunch was definitely served for dinner.what wasn't eat for breakfast was definitely served for lunch. Absolutely zero choice for kids for example fish stew in kids section. The chicken nuggets where not edible being honest non of the food was edible. Zero HACCAP rules where followed. Drinks are watered down to the tee also.
